La Coco Designs is a professional makeup service and beauty product brand specializing in wedding makeup, special occasion services, and proprietary beauty products. These Terms of Service apply to all clients, customers, and website visitors.
Services
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a service or purchasing a product from La Coco Designs. By engaging our services or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
- General Makeup Services: La Coco Designs provides professional makeup application for a variety of occasions including but not limited to photoshoots, events, proms, and everyday glam. All services are performed by trained professionals using professional-grade products.
- Wedding Makeup Services: Wedding packages are available for brides, bridal parties, and wedding guests. A consultation is recommended prior to the wedding date to discuss desired looks, conduct a trial run, and confirm all party details. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
- Product Sales: La Coco Designs offers a proprietary line of beauty products available for purchase. All product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions are provided to the best of our ability. Results may vary by individual.
Bookings and Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and applied toward your total service cost.
La Coco Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. The following cancellation policy applies to all service bookings:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the appointment date will forfeit the deposit but will not be charged any additional fees.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
- Wedding bookings have a stricter cancellation window. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date will be charged 75% of the total package cost.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via our official contact channels.
Refund Policy
Services: Due to the nature of makeup services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate your concerns during the appointment so that adjustments can be made.
Products: Products may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to make it right.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. La Coco Designs takes every precaution to use safe, high-quality products, but cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or individual sensitivities.
By booking a service, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health information and consent to the application of makeup products.
Photography and Media
La Coco Designs may photograph completed looks for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to your appointment. By allowing photography, you grant La Coco Designs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness for promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the La Coco Designs website and social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of La Coco Designs and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
La Coco Designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to any client or customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
Changes to These Terms
La Coco Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
